Ingredients
2 lbs mini carrots
2 T green onion
2 T raw horseradish, drained
1/2 c mayo
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Microwave carrots until hot, but still crunchy.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread on carrots.
Top with 1/4 c saltine crumbs mixed with 1 T butter and dash paprika.
