Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, drained well (squeeze)
16 oz Hellman's mayo
16 oz sour cream
1 packet Knorr onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, diced
Mix all but spinach and chestnuts in food processor.
Add spinach and blend only a couple of seconds.
Stir in water chestnuts.
Serve in cored round bread with cubed bread to dip.
