Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can mushroom soup, separated
1/4 c onion, diced
1/4 c dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 T parsley, chopped
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 c mashed potatoes
1/4 c shredded cheese
Cooked/crumbled bacon for garnish, if desired
Mix ground beef, 1/2 can soup, onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Press into pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 min.
Remove and pour of grease.
Fill center with mashed potatoes and spread with remaining soup.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Garnish with bacon.
