Ingredients
1 egg white
1/2 t cream of tartar
1 3/4 c 10x sugar, divided
Beat egg white with cream of tartar until frothy.
Add 1 c sugar and mix on low until blended, then on high until it forms peaks.
Add rest of sugar and beat on low until blended then on high 2 min.
Use at room temp.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Put plastic wrap directly on surface - it dries out fast.
