Ingredients
1 c + 3 T flour, separated
1 1/4 c + 2 T sugar, separated
1/2 t salt
1/2 c butter
3 egg yolks, beaten (reserve whites)
1/3 c cream
2 1/2 c rhubarb
Mix 1 c flour, 2 T sugar, salt, and butter.
Press into 9x9 pan and bake at 325 for 20 min.
Mix egg yolks, remaining sugar, remaining flour, cream and rhubarb. (Kaye doubled this)
Place in crust and bake at 350 for 4 min or until set.
