Ingredients
1 1/2 t salt
1 c vinegar
1 T slightly beaten egg white
1 t fresh ground pepper
1 T lemon juice
1/2 garlic powder
1 1/2 c salad or olive oil
Add all ingredients except oil to blender.
Drizzle in oil very slowly.
Chill and store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 pint.
