Ingredients
1 Napa cabbage, chopped thin
1/2 cup oil (olive or walnut)
3 T apple cider vinegar
1 T sugar (Kaye used less)
2 packages ramen noodles, crushed
1 c sliced or slivered almonds (Kaye used more)
2 T sesame seeds
1/4 stick butter
1 bunch sliced green onions (Kaye used more)
Prepare dressing of oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasoning packet from noodles.
Brown crushed noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in butter.
Mix all together with Napa cabbage and green onions just before serving.
