Ingredients
4 eggs
14 oz Eagle milk
1/2 c key lime juice
Mix egg yolks and milk.
Add joice & mix only enough to combine & begin to thicken.
Let sit for 5 min.
Pour into pastry crust & chill.
Whites may be beaten with 1/2 c sugar for meringue (brown at 400) or whipped cream may be served with it.
