Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c carrot, chopped
2 cloves garlic
16 oz canned tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
2 c water
5 t beef bullion granules
1 T parsley
1 t salt
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t sweet basil
1/4 t pepper
2 c cabbage, chopped
1/2 c macaroni or other small pasta
Brown ground beef.
Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and pasta and cook (covered) until vegetables are tender.
Add cabbage and macaroni and heat until done.
Serve with parmesan cheese and bread.
