Soak ribs 24 hr in 1/3 vinegar 2/3 water + garlic salt, MSG, seasoned salt, hot sauce, and hickory seasoning (at least overnight).
Then simmer until tender.
Drain.
Grill or bake (brushing or dabbing on sauce of open pit _ mustard, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, green pepper & onions) until desired brown.
